Required: One post player, one coach, two balls. Variations: Once the player gets the rebound, coach can move to a spot on the same side as the rebound, post passes back to coach and shapes up for a return pass. Post works on a specific move. Coach also can move to the opposite side of the floor so the post can work on getting open coming across the key. Post works on a specific move. Chris Bown is the head coach with the Lakeside girls' varsity basketball team and a coach of the Northwest HoopGurlz select girls team. A graduate of the University of Washington, he has been the head coach for girls varsity basketball teams at Holy Names Academy, Seattle Academy and American Indian Heritage School.
